Leadership



Arthur Fuller (CBCP, CERT, ISO 22301 LI, PCP I) is the Principal at Arthur Fuller Consulting. Over the past decade, Arthur has actively built and managed business continuity/IT disaster recovery programs, and consulted with public and private sector organizations of all sizes. He focuses on business continuity management, specifically program definition, risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy definition, plan development, testing, training, exercising, and program maintenance.

Prior to founding Arthur Fuller Consulting, he was the IT Manager of Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery for a Fortune 500 Media Company in Washington DC, with a global footprint.  Arthur is a frequent speaker, and is Past President of the Washington DC Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners.  He also serves on the Ethics and Emergency Operations Committee for the City of Mount Rainier, MD, and as an Adviser to the University of the District of Columbia's Homeland Security Graduate Program.
